Request a new user account

This guide explains how to request a new user account for employees, contractors, or interns.

  • To request a new user account, please fill out and submit this form.
  • Once HR has approved the request, IT will create the account. The account details will be sent to the user’s manager.


Things to Note

  • HR approval is required. IT cannot create the account without formal approval from HR.

  • Standard profiles apply to new employees. New employees receive a standard profile based on their job function. If there are any non-standard or role-specific requirements (such as email group memberships, special laptop specifications, or additional peripherals), clearly specify these in the request form.

  • Processing time. Please allow two working days for the account to be created and for IT resources to be prepared.

  • Late requests. If the account request is submitted late, inform the new employee accordingly and arrange alternative tasks that do not require IT resources during the waiting period.
