In the help desk portal you can submit support requests (tickets), view the progress on current tickets and view how-to articles in the knowledge base.

Signing in to the Help Desk portal
If you're not signed in to the Help desk portal, you can still submit support requests and browse knowledge base articles. However, after signing in, you can view the status of current and previous support requests.
To sign in to the help desk portal:
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://helpdesk.intero-integrity.com
- Click the Login button, in the top right corner
Next, click Are you a customer? Login here
Sign in using your Intero Integrity e-mail address and pasword and click Next.
Submitting a support request (ticket)
- Click the Submit a ticket button
- Fill out the form and click Submit
Note: You can also submit tickets on behalf of your colleagues.
Tracking your ticket progress
- Click Tickets
- To view resolved and closed tickets, choose All Tickets from the Status drop-down menu.

Before you submit a ticket, it’s often worthwhile to first consult the knowledge base as solutions to known-issues and answers to frequently asked questions are documented here.
