Note: Administrative privileges are only enabled for specific employees that require this ability to perform their job functions. All other employees must install software via the Company Portal app or contact the Help desk so a support representative can perform the installation.
First, right-click on the installation executable and choose Run as Administrator.
Next, enter the reason for the installation.
Note: This step is required for logging and auditing purposes and a brief reason is sufficient. Please also be aware that just filling in random characters can result in your admin privileges being revoked.
After your request has been approved, you'll receive an email notification in your inbox.
Next, right-click on the installation executable again and choose Run as Administrator.
Read the Code of Conduct and click OK if you agree, otherwise do not proceed with the installation.
Enter the username and password you use to log in to your computer.
The installation will now proceed.
