Using Company Portal

The Company Portal is a secure platform that provides access to corporate applications and resources without requiring administrative rights. The app is available for both desktop (Windows) and mobile (Android and iOS) devices. This article specifically addresses the Windows version of the Company portal app.



Note: Company Portal is installed by default on all Intero computers. If you're unable to locate company portal on your computer, please see How to install the Company Portal app.




Accessing Company Portal


1. Launch the Microsoft Company Portal Windows Application

Once the Microsoft Company Portal Windows application is installed, launch it by clicking on the application icon in your Start menu or by searching for it in your Windows search bar.



If it's the first time using the company portal, you may need to sign in using your Intero Integrity email address and password.



2. Installing Applications

Once Company Portal has launched, you will see the software available in the side tab. Choose an application and click Install.





3. See which applications are curently installed


To see the list of currently installed applications and updates on your computer, click Downloads & Updates.





Note: Your job-specific applications are available on the Company Portal. If you need access to any additional applications, please contact the help desk by submitting a request.
