Share files or folders securely with users outside the organization using OneDrive.
1. Accessing OneDrive
- Open a web browser and head to https://interogroup-my.sharepoint.com.
2. Upload Your File or Folder
- Click Upload and select the files you wish to share.
3. Choose Recipients
- Click the Share button (next to the file or folder you would like to share).
- Add the email address of the person you would like to share the file or folder with.
- Click the settings wheel to open the share settings.
4. Configure Share Settings
- Choose People you choose (ensures only specified individuals can access)
- Set an expiry date (12 months maximum)
- Click Apply
- Add a message to accompany the invite.
- Click Send
The file/folder has successfully been shared with the recipient.
