How to change the default Outlook font (Android)

Follow these steps to update the font style and size used when composing emails in the Outlook app:



1. Open Settings in Outlook

  • Open the Outlook app.
  • Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • Scroll down and tap the gear icon at the bottom left to open Settings.



2. Go to Mail Settings

  • In the Settings menu, scroll to the General section.

  • Tap on Mail.




3. Select Font Settings

  • In the Mail settings, scroll down to the Compose section.

  • Tap Font.




4. Choose Your Default Font and Size

  • Under Default Font, pick the font style you prefer.

  • Adjust the Default Size if needed.

  • A preview will be shown under Sample Text.


Please note that Verdana is the default font used in Intero Integrity emails.
