How to Sync Your Device in Company Portal

If your device isn’t receiving the latest apps, settings, or policies, you can manually trigger a sync using the Company Portal. This guide walks you through the steps to perform a sync and ensure your device is up to date.


Click the Start menu, search for "Company Portal," and open the app.


Next, in the bottom left corner of the Company Portal, click Settings.


Click Sync.
