Add the Report Phishing button to the Outlook ribbon

If the Report email and Report Phishing buttons arn't visible in your Oulook, you can try resetting the Outlook ribbon to get them back.

NOTE: The 'Report Phishing' and 'Report email' add-ins are not available for shared, group or delegated mailboxes (Report message buttons will be greyed out).

Right-click on the Outlook ribbon and click Customize the Ribbon

1. Click Customize Ribbon
2. ChooseMain Tabs from the drop-down menu
3. Select Home (Mail)
4. Reset the selected ribbon

• Close and reopen Outlook
• The 'Report Phishing' and 'Report Message' buttons are now available.
