In this guide we'll demonstrate how to access applications that are presented through the Virtual Desktop infrastructure (Remote Desktop).

Installation
Open the Company Portal and search for Remote Desktop
Click on Remote Desktop Client for Windows and click Install
Signing in to the Remote Desktop Client
Once the Remote Desktop Client is installed, you'll need to sign in to gain access to your applications.
- First, from the Windows Start Menu search for Remote Desktop and start the application.
Once started the Let's get started screen is shown.
Click on Subscribe and it will display a sign-in screen as below
- Choose your work account and sign-in.
Running an application
Once the subscribe process is completed you will see the application(s).
You can now start, for example, Dynamics NAV US.
- It may ask a second time for your credentials; you can use the same credentials again.
- For Pipetel/Invodane it means you can use the same credentials as you use for email.
Enter your password and check the box Remember me
