(Re)connecting network drives

Modified on Thu, 28 Dec, 2023 at 10:01 AM

Network drives usually connect automatically each time to sign in to your computer (if your account has been granted access). However it's also possible to connect to a drive manually.

Please follow these steps to connect to a network shared drive from your Windows computer:

Note: You must be on the Intero Integrity network or connected to the VPN in order to connect to network shared drives. These instructions assume you are logged in to your Intero Integrity-assigned computer using your Intero Integrity credentials. If you are not, contact the help desk for further assistance.

Right click on the start menu and choose File Explorer

Click Computer then Map network drive

Enter the preferred drive letter along with its corresponding location and click Finish

Note: See here for a comprehensive list of network drive locations.

After you click Finish, the network drive will appear in Windows Explorer under 'This PC'
