Modified on Thu, 20 May, 2021 at 2:44 PM

The Secure Printing or Private Print feature allows you to send a print job to a shared or publicly located Kyocera Multifunction printer/copier and hold the job in the printer's memory until you enter an access code to print or delete the document.

Navigate to the printer properties

Open the document on your computer or device and initiate the print process (e.g. from Microsoft Office programs, select File then Print).

From some devices or web pages, you may also need to click to interact with the Print/System Dialogue page and choose Printing Preferences.

The Print dialog window opens. Click the Printer Properties or Preferences button

Click on the Job tab

Click the Job Storage check-box to enable the feature, then select Private Print.

Type any four-digit access code in the space provided and click OK.

Select Print to send and hold the job at the printer.

At the printer..

Open the Taak venster/Job Box.

Choose Prive-afdruk/Private-print.

Select your username.

Select the document your wish to print and press Afdrukken/Print.

Enter your access-code.
