If you don't have Microsoft Project installed, consider the following options for viewing a project plan.
Export to PDF
Ask the person who created the Project plan to export the plan as a PDF, JPG or another more common file format.
Online .MPP viewer
Upload the Project Plan file to an online viewer: https://online.projectplan365.com/projectviewernow
